Incomplete Leader

Leadership is so difficult that even the best leaders always have something to learn. They understand this and acknowledge their incompleteness in order to receive feedback and become better leaders.

Unfortunately, too few leaders are willing to admit their incompleteness. When leadership goes to their head and poor self-esteem shows their ugly face, they become bad leaders.

I’ve collected hundreds of stories about these bad leaders. Based on these stories, I conduct academic research on leadership and write narrative non-fiction of bad leadership, featuring workplace caricatures like Big Boss and Straight-A Girl. Since mere criticism isn’t enough, I also write articles about better leadership.
